Abbie's third birthday party

So Abbie had her third birthday party this past weekend and she had a wonderful time. The theme of her party was a ballerina party.  We had the cutest tutus for all the girls to wear during dance time with little wings.  We rented a bounce house and had a craft time and dance lessons.  In the morning while we were setting up Abbie enjoyed the bounce house all herself and told me, "This is my best day ever!" I really enjoyed watching her and tried to take as many pictures as I could but I am realizing I am not a very good photographer.  At any rate, here are some pictures that will tell the story better than my words could of her special day.

It was a great day, and now I am fully aware that I have a three year old!  I must admit every year just gets better and better:)

Living life in the moment

This blog is all about creating memories of my children growing up. I have spent the last almost 3 years of being mommy without being a diligent blogger and then it hit me, I LOVE to talk! What has been the biggest challenge of being a stay at home mom for me is missing out on the adult conversations each day while my husband is busy working providing for our family. I realized that my personality needs to talk, this is how God created me so I am not ashamed of it. For me writing this blog will not only put so many cherished memories down on paper, but it will also be an outlet for me to talk through my daily experiences. I pray that this blog will not only benefit myself and my family but others as well.
